The Arundel Hills Country Club which is located on the Gold Coast has been permanently closed since 24 May 2022 but has been approved for redevelopment into residential estates.
This 67 hectare property is currently home to an abundance of wildlife. The redevelopment is likely to have a significant impact on the wildlife through increased population, traffic and air and noise pollution.
