Based in Bindal country, Dominique is dedicated to using the political system to transform the way our society treats nature and all living beings. She is AJP QLD’s Deputy Convenor, a Delegate, a member of the National Policy Working Group and she stood as a candidate for the seat of Burdekin in the 2020 State election. Dominique is retired and has a background in science, legal research and education. She has been an active committee member of various animal rights, environmental and wildlife care groups for over 30 years. In her ‘spare’ time, she is a wildlife carer, specialising in flying foxes and birds.
