Jina Lipman for Ryan
Jina Lipman is the Animal Justice Party candidate for the Division of Ryan. Jina studied at UQ in St Lucia and is a Chartered Civil Engineer currently working in Brisbane. She has six years of experience in the water resources and dams’ sector and as part of her work she has travelled across regional Queensland and witnessed the impacts of climate change on animal agriculture, including the impacts of extreme drought and flooding in the animal agriculture industry.
Jina is particularly passionate about banning live animal export, banning the use of animals for entertainment and being a voice for the animals and the environment. She is an active member in the community, seen at many events promoting animal protection. In Ryan, Jina is motivated to protect the precious Mount Coot-Tha and its natural habitat from overdevelopment. She is an alternative candidate for any resident wanting to see less road widening, fewer cars and more greenery, public and active transport for inner west Brisbane.
Donate to get Jina elected!
Contesting elections is a costly exercise - it's a $2000 fee per candidate to get on the ballot paper and then there are advertising and printing costs! We estimate it will cost us a minimum of $5k to cover candidate fees, advertising and printing for Jina's campaign. We'd love to double or triple that to give her the best chance of being elected to represent the Animal Justice Party.
Can you chip in to cover some of the costs?
