Currently caring for land in Waka Waka country, Paula is motivated to make long term change for animals and the environment through legislation. Her desire to educate the community is driven by the injustice forced on the non-human members of our society and supports her commitment to a strong leadership team for the Queensland branch of the AJP.
Paula’s skill set comes from a career in administrative roles within the public and private sectors as well as committees for community not-for-profits and brings a high level of organisational skills to the QLD Committee. Self employed since 2000 and currently working in the finance sector, Paula specialises in accounting software and compliance, working with small to medium businesses.
When not in front of a computer, Paula is building a veganic permaculture food forest to provide food for both humans and non-humans leaving a legacy for future land custodians.
